Abstract

Nanocomposite materials composed of HDPE and new guanidine-containing organoclays have been investigated. The basic changes in the relaxation properties of HDPE after the addition of guanidine-containing organoclays that vary in composition and content have been found. It has been shown that, depending on their structures and affinities for the polymer, guanidine-containing modifiers of montmorillonite have different effects on the structure and relaxation properties of the polymer.
