Abstract

The relaxation behavior of the nonequilibrium domain structure in nominally pure triglycine sulphate and triglycine sulphate doped with phosphorus has been investigated. A significant difference in the state of the domain structure formed as a result of slow and rapid cooling of crystals into the ferroelectric phase has been found.
