Abstract

The extension project: bodies in movement: for a life that reinvents itself provides corporal practices for the neighborhood where the IFRN-Macau is located, using different actions: orientation, monitoring and evaluation of the participants, in order to encourage the principles of citizenship, inclusion, leisure, well-being and social participation. With socio-educational and multicultural content involving the IFRN and the local community with ages between 30 and 60 years. Body techniques are used as a methodological resource in the sense of enabling different ways of using the body, such as: walking, water aerobics , jump, dance and gymnastics, thus enabling opportunities for the realization of corporal practices allied with: body pleasure, good feelings, leisure and social interaction.
