Abstract

A covariant one-time theory of two relativistic spinless particles interacting through an action-at-a-distance law is presented. A suitable space of one-time physical states of the system is introduced, a representation of the Poincaré group in this space is constructed, and a Poincaré-invariant one-time wave equation is established with the aid of Dirac's constraint technique.
