Abstract
A fully relativistic quantum many-body theory is applied to the study of a model high-density matter which qualitatively describes known nuclear matter. Results pertaining to the equation of state of neutron matter, neutron star mass, vacuum fluctuation corrections, collective modes, exchange energies, and correlation energies are reported.
