Abstract
Diseases of gastro-intestinal tract are often accompanied by relative insufficiency of pancreas exocrine function, which can be asymptomatic, but demands including enzymes in complex treatment. The authors describe advantages of the microspheric enzyme drug Pancreatin (Creon) in treatment of different forms of relative exocrine insufficiency of pancreas in children.

Summary
Поджелудочная железа является важнейшим экзокринным органом пищеварительной системы человека, обеспечивающим переваривание всех основных компонентов пищи: белков, жиров и углеводов. Снижение пищеварительной функции поджелудочной железы может наблюдаться при многих болезнях желудочно-кишечного тракта. Экзокринная недостаточность поджелудочной железы может быть абсолютной и относительной. Нередко у детей встречается относительная недостаточность экзокринной функции поджелудочной железы.
