Abstract

Spatio-temporal variability of air temperatures and wind speeds in the atmosphere boundary layer essentially affects on the characteristics of our planet’s landscape shell and heat – moisture exchanges from its surface to atmosphere. Among the most significant factors of these processes in many parts of the land are greenhouse effect variations in the Earth atmosphere’s segments.
