Abstract
This study firstly collects relevant data and materials through questionnaire survey, studies the influence of tourists' cognitive image and emotional image on travel satisfaction, from cognition to emotion to behavioral intention, and constructs a more reasonable "cognition-emotion-satisfaction" evaluation model.Through empirical tests, the following conclusions are drawn: there is a positive correlation between cognitive image and tourist satisfaction;There is a positive correlation between positive emotional image and tourist satisfaction.There is a negative correlation between negative emotional image and tourist satisfaction.
