Abstract

Data on the parameters of the complete sample of gigahertz-peaked spectrum (GPS) radio sources available in the literature are analyzed to find statistical relationships among them. Correlations are found among the following parameters: l)flux density Sm at the turnover point of the spectrum as a function of the corresponding observed frequency vm; 2) the turnover frequency vrest in a fixed coordinate system as a function of the linear size LS in projection; 3 the linear size LS in projection as a function of redshift z; 4 the flux density Sm at the turnover point of a galaxy’s GPS as a function of the corresponding linear size LS in projection.
