Abstract

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is the most common complication of diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2). The mechanisms of inflammation can damaged effect on the nerve fiber. Aim was to assess the relationship between the inflammatory markers TNF-α, CRP and electroneurophysiological (ENMG) parameters depending on the duration of DPN.
