Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between potassium, magnesiumions and thrombolysis-induced reperfusion arrhythmia in acute myocardial infarction. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients who were diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction and used fibrinolytic therapy were retrospectively analyzed.According to the condition of filling up potassium and magnesium on the basis of thrombolysis, patients were divided into three groups:the group of filling up potassium and magnesium, the group of filling up potassium and control group. Results The incidence of arrhythmia in the group filling up the potassium, magnesium ions was 5.77%,it was lower than that in the the group of filling up potassium(21.59%) and the control group(55.32%).There had statistically significant difference among the three groups(P <0.05 or <0.01).Conclusions Potassium, magnesium ions can steady the normal electric physiological activity of myocardial cells in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and effectively prevent occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmia after thrombolysis reperfusion. Key words: Potassium, magnesium ions ; Acute myocardial infarction ; Thrombolysis ; Reperfusion arrhythmia
