Abstract
〔目的〕脳卒中片麻痺患者を対象に開放性運動連鎖としての膝伸展筋力と閉鎖性運動連鎖としての脚伸展筋力のどちらが移動能力との関連が強いかを検討した．〔対象〕脳卒中片麻痺患者23例とした．〔方法〕膝伸展筋力の評価にはHand Held Dynamometerを，脚伸展筋力の評価には市販体重計を用い，移動能力の評価にはFunctional Independence Measureの移乗，歩行および階段昇降の3項目の合計点を使用した．〔結果〕脚伸展筋力と移動能力間の相関係数は膝伸展筋力と移動能力間の相関関係よりも有意に高かった．〔結語〕脳卒中片麻痺患者の麻痺側下肢筋力評価には膝伸展筋力評価よりも脚伸展筋力評価の方が有用であると考えられた．
