Abstract
Class III malocclusion due to hypoplasia of the middle facial third is a frequent sequel in patients with cleft lip, alveolous and palate (CLAP). As treatment, maxillary advance is made by Le Fort I osteotomy or maxillary advance by osteogenic distraction with internal or external devices.
