Abstract
Experiments were carried out in the early and late seasons in the rain-forest zone of Nigeria to find out the relationship between lodging, morphological characters and yield of tomato. Lodging was associated with plant height, leaf area, number of branches/plant and fruit yield. Lodging was more severe in the wet early season than in the late season.
