Abstract

There have been conflicting reports on the relationship between gonadotropin stimulation length and embryonic aneuploidy. We hypothesized that a prolonged stimulation could lead to an increase in meiotic and mitotic oocyte errors. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between length of gonadotropin stimulation for in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryonic aneuploidy of maternal origin.
