Abstract

Objective: To examine the possible impact of type 2 diabetes mellitus on impulse control disorders and other non-motor symptoms of de novo drug naïve PD patients. There is ample evidence to support the relationship between Parkinson's disease (PD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus, but the possible relationship between diabetes and impulse control disorders in PD has not yet been clarified.
