Relationship between hyaluronan binding assay (HBA), motile sperm concentration, kruger morphology and pregnancy outcome in patients treated with intrauterine insemination (IUI)

Abstract

Sperm concentrations, motility, Kruger morphology, and more recently HBA scores have all been suggested as clinical parameters to assess male fertility potential in IVF. In this study, we investigate impacts of these sperm parameters on the pregnancy outcome of IUI.
