Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between management orientation and management performance by combining the crisis communication strategy of Taekwondo managers with SNS. A total of 193 samples were sampled from January 3 to February 25, 2022 for Taekwondo managers located in the Chungcheong area, frequency analysis confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural model were performed through SPSS and AMOS. First, hypotheses 1-3 were adopted as the risk communication strategy had a positive (+) effect on management orientation. Second, Hypothesis 2 was adopted as that management orientation has a positive (+) effect on management performance. Third, crisis communication strategy was found to have a positive (+) effect on business performance. Therefore, Hypothesis 3-1, 3 were adopted. The characteristics of SNS were revealed through the research results in that they can derive meaningful results in a crisis situation.
