Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship among job environment, job engagement and presenteeism of elite taekwondo instructor. To this end, data from 250 elite taekwondo instructors registered with the korea taekwondo association were collected. however 14 of the collected data were excluded due to inconsistent responses. Therefore, the data of 236 elite taekwondo instructor was used for a final analysis. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis were using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The following results. First, It was found that the job environment of elite taekwondo instructors had a positive (+) significant effect on job enthusiasm. second, It was found that the job environment of elite taekwondo instructors had a negative(-)significant effect on presenteeism. Third, It was found that the job engagement of elite taekwondo instructors had a negative (-) significant effect on presentism.
