Abstract

In our previous study of patients with a first acute myocardial infarction (AMI) recruited into the Hirulog Early Reperfusion/Occlusion (HERO-1) trial, the independent predictors of Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction (TIMI)-3 flow at 90 minutes after the commencement of streptokinase were younger age, shorter time duration from symptom onset to treatment, and absence of initial Q waves. 1 Wong C.K.
