Abstract

Meniscus-Guided Coating Tomasz Marszalek, Wojciech Pisula, and colleagues show how the size and orientation of spherulitic domains of a molecular semiconductor are controlled by the deposition velocity during meniscus-guided coating in article number 2100397. By tuning the thin film morphology into large domains, the charge carrier transport in field-effect transistors is improved.
