Abstract

The present paper is devoted to the Reissner–Nordstrom black holes surrounded by quintessence. For the quintessence state parameter $$w =-2/3$$ , the effective potential, circular orbits and tidal forces are investigated. The solution to the corresponding Gordon equation is expressed in terms of the Heun general functions and the energy spectrum is derived. Finally, the scattering probability and the heat capacity on the event horizon are calculated.
