Abstract

The results of an experimental and theoretical evaluation of the duration of impregnation process in the manufacture of multilayer glass fiber and unwoven material composites are presented. Two types of unwoven materials differing by degree of microstructure have been selected. It has been established that the duration of the impregnation process using the vacuum infusion technology differs by more than ten times for different unwoven materials when using the same binder.
