Abstract
On January 30th, 2024, Rein4ced announced a collaboration between Rein4ced and Dieffenbacher to accelerate production of thermoplastic carbon bicycle frames. This is intended to tighten the integration of product and machine development, propelling the large-scale production of thermoplastic carbon bicycle frames. Expertise in product development and production automation should synergize, facilitating the upscale of robust and agile thermoplastic composite frame production and achieving market demands. Thermoplastic composites are claimed to be able to be efficiently and effectively reused, repurposed, or recycled. Rein4ced's approach aims to elevate the sustainability and manufacturing efficiency of thermoplastic composite bicycle frames.
