Abstract
This chapter examines the global climate justice movement, and identifies its core moral mission and calling for a scaling up and intensification of its efforts. It argues for radicalizing the movement. Climate change represents the most profound challenge humanity has ever faced. The global climate justice movement can usher in such a culture and encourage such transformation, but only if it is able to popularize and radicalize its activism. The global climate justice movement represents people's best hope for addressing climate change given its ability to identify root causes and mobilize on behalf of all life. The chapter explains the future of life to nourish the climate justice movement with our support, actions, and visions for a better world. It reradicalizes the movement and further its promise by imaginative, open-hearted dialogue and determined action. People marshal new cultures of resistance and creation that focus on deep causes of climate change as we imagine and realize anew a new post-capitalist world.
