Abstract

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is an important stable structure of the knee joint. It has the physiological function of maintaining the stability of the knee joint at rest and during exercise. When the knee anterior cruciate ligament is damaged, due to the mechanical structure and proprioception of the knee joint Damage, resulting in decreased knee stability. This article studies rehabilitation physical fitness training after sports knee anterior cruciate nanofibrous ligament reconstruction. In this study, the isotonic muscle strength test system was first used to test the isokinetic strength of patients after anterior cruciate nanofibrous ligament reconstruction, and statistical analysis was used to study the recovery time and lower extremity muscle strength of patients after anterior cruciate nanofibrous ligament reconstruction. Relationship, and further study the true situation of muscle strength loss after anterior cruciate nanofibrous ligament reconstruction. The degree of recovery of muscle strength and motor function of patients in each period is clarified, so that a rehabilitation plan is formulated according to the degree of recovery, and the recovery of muscle strength and motor function around the knee joint of patients after anterior cruciate nanofiber ligament reconstruction is promoted. In this study, the drainage volume on the first postoperative day was (142.8 ± 61.5) ml, and the drainage volume on the second day was (45.13 ± 39.7) ml. Experimental data show that rehabilitation physical training after anterior cruciate nanofibrous ligament reconstruction has a repairing effect on ligament injury.
