Abstract

The immune mechanism research of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is not thorough at present, the recent findings of regulatory T cells (Treg) can negative control inflammation of COPD, is an important immune mechanisms influence the occurrence and development of COPD.The following this paper not only summarizes the mechanism of action of regulatory T cells, including through CTLA-4, immunosuppression factor, IL-2 classic way, also including autophagy, Sema4a/Nrp1 latest research focus.In COPD Treg are discussed in this article how to through the CTLA-4, Foxp3, miR-199-a-5p, CD1c+ DCs and T cell exhaustion to play a role.
