Abstract
The prevalence of use of complementary medicine in Eastern Mediterranean region according to World Health Organization (WHO) is about 90%. There is a growing use of complementary medicine in Qatar which was estimated to reach 53%. There is also a positive attitude of healthcare professionals in Qatar towards the use of complementary medicine. This article gave a brief and updated illustration about the regulatory status of complementary medicine in Qatar.
