Abstract
The article examines the regulatory framework of state protection of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) in the subject of the federation: based on the materials of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which is one of the priority tasks of the state. The modern legal framework for the protection of sacred sites in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is presented. The analysis of changes in legislation is given.
