Abstract

In the process of analyzing the regulatory and methodological documentation in the field of designing and providing dental services in the CHI system, a number of problems can be identified, which include polyvariance (multiple possible options) of classifiers and labor costs for their implementation in the federate entities, vagueness of the provision of guarantees by the state in the field of providing citizens of the Russian Federation with free medical care in the “Dentistry” profile. The coincidence of the name of the services included in the classifier of services of medical organizations provided in the profile of “Dentistry”, and the name of similar services included in the nomenclature of medical services is observed in less than 30% of cases, with the increase in the number of dental services in the nomenclatures their number in the compulsory health insurance classifiers decreases. The noteworthy feature here is the imperfection of the nomenclature and the classifiers used, the rationale section on dentistry in the compulsory health insurance program.
