Abstract
This article consist of six sections. In the second section I will make an overview of the Swedish legislative system. In the third section I will briefly describe a few contemporary trends in Swedish law-‐making. In the fourth section I will describe the Swedish Regulatory Impact Assessment Systems in general and in the fifth section the Regulatory Impact Assessment system when businesses are effected is described. The sixth and last section contains some concluding remarks.
