Abstract

AbstractInvestors in equity crowdfunding need both sufficient information disclosure and regulations to reduce their risk of investment in projects that are funded by equity crowdfunding. Perceived information quality has a negative influence on perceived investment risk. Regulations have a weak influence on perceived investment risk. Regulations moderate the relationship between information quality and risk.
