Abstract
These regulations are formulated in accordance with the Educational Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law on Vocational Education of the People's Republic of China, and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Operation of Schools by Chinese Citizens, in order to standardize the activities of Chinese-foreign joint venture cooperation in jointly running educational institutions in China.
