Abstract
Abstract Article 1. In order to protect women's and children's legitimate rights and interests, to fully explore the potential of ethnic national women's role in the socialist construction, and to facilitate the healthy growth of children, the following regulations are formulated in accordance with the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China, " the "Law of Marriage of the People's Republic of China, " the "Law of Regional Autonomy of the People's Republic of China" and other laws as well as legal rules, while taking into account the realities of the autonomous region.
