Abstract
AbstractIn this paper the Tikhonov regularization method is analysed for the ill‐conditioned system of linear equations which arises from the discretization of an ill‐posed boundary value problem in linear elasticity. The choice of the regularization parameter is achieved according to the L‐curve method. Then the regularization method is numerically implemented using the boundary element method (BEM).
