Abstract
We consider the problem for quasistationary Maxwell equations with a Coulomb type gauge condition in an inhomogeneous conducting medium. Constraints are imposed on the right-hand side of the equations and on the solution. We propose and justify a regularization of a generalized problem without constraints which is equivalent to the original generalized problem with constraints. Bibliography: 11 titles.
