Abstract
A 68-year-old man presented with progressive visual acuity decline OS. Optical coherence tomography revealed an irregular pigment epithelial detachment (PED) and a ring-like lesion enclosed in a peaked PED (inlet) with intra- and subretinal fluid (A). Early-phase indocyanine green angiography showed a branching vascular network (BVN) with an aneurysmal dilation (arrowhead) at the temporal margin of the BVN (B). One month after 2 brolucizumab intravitreal injections, complete resorption of fluid, flattening of the PED, and disappearance of the aneurysmal dilation were observed (C, D), along with reduced vascular density of the BVN.
