Registration and travel arrangements IUGG Fifteenth General Assembly

Abstract

The English portion of the Second Circular and registration form for the Fifteenth General Assembly of IUGG was published in the January issue of EOS. It is recommended that the registration form, fully and correctly completed, be sent to AGU for forwarding to the Soviet Organizing Committee. Payments should be handled in a similar fashion. It is felt that this procedure will help to secure against the loss of individual correspondence; furthermore the U.S. National Committee will make up its official list of delegates and guests from the registration forms submitted through it as a primary source. (Those who submit their registration forms directly may be placed on this list of delegates or guests as appropriate by so requesting of the AGU headquarters.) Registration forms should be received in the AGU office not later than March 25, 1971, and payment or registration fees not later than May 15, 1971.
