Registrar's Office is the heart of Otis College

Abstract

The Otis College of Art and Design Registrar's Office is the heart of the campus. Information from nearly every department on campus flows into the office and must be pumped back out in a more usable form. Nicole Raef, assistant registrar, and Ainise Isama'u, academic degree evaluator, agreed about the office's critical responsibilities and central role.
