Abstract
Na zĂĄkladÄ vĂ˝sledkĹŻ zkouĹĄek pro registraci probĂhajĂcĂch v letech 1998-2000 byly v ÄeskĂŠ republice v roce 2000 registrovĂĄny novĂŠ odrĹŻdy jarnĂho jeÄmene s vĂ˝bÄrovou sladovnickou kvalitou s oznaÄenĂm ANNABELL a SABEL. OdrĹŻda ANNABELL mĂĄ vynikajĂcĂ ĂşroveĹ extraktu v suĹĄinÄ sladu, mĂĄ optimĂĄlnĂ aktivitu proteolytickĂ˝ch a cytolytickĂ˝ch enyzmĹŻ, ale niŞà aktivitu amylolytickĂ˝ch enzymĹŻ, sloĹženĂ sladiny je vĹĄak na optimĂĄlnĂ Ăşrovni. JejĂ uĹžitnĂĄ hodnota je dĂĄna kombinacĂ vysokĂŠho vĂ˝nosu zrna a vĂ˝bÄrovĂŠ sladovnickĂŠ jakosti. OdrĹŻda SABEL mĂĄ tĂŠĹž vynikajĂcĂ ĂşroveĹ extraktu v suĹĄinÄ sladu, optimĂĄlnĂ enzymatickou aktivitu a optimĂĄlnĂ sloĹženĂ sladiny. JejĂ uĹžitnĂĄ hodnota je dĂĄna kombinacĂ sladovnickĂŠ jakosti, odolnosti proti napadenĂ padlĂm travnĂm a stĹednĂ odolnosti aĹž odolnosti proti polĂŠhĂĄnĂ.
