Abstract

Na zĂĄkladě vĂ˝sledkĹŻ zkouĹĄek pro registraci probĂ­hajĂ­cĂ­ch v letech 1998-2000 byly v ÄŒeskĂŠ republice v roce 2000 registrovĂĄny novĂŠ odrĹŻdy jarnĂ­ho ječmene s vĂ˝běrovou sladovnickou kvalitou s označenĂ­m ANNABELL a  SABEL. OdrĹŻda ANNABELL mĂĄ vynikajĂ­cĂ­ Ăşroveň extraktu v suĹĄině sladu, mĂĄ optimĂĄlnĂ­  aktivitu proteolytickĂ˝ch a cytolytickĂ˝ch enyzmĹŻ, ale niŞí aktivitu amylolytickĂ˝ch enzymĹŻ, sloĹženĂ­ sladiny je vĹĄak na optimĂĄlnĂ­ Ăşrovni. JejĂ­ uĹžitnĂĄ hodnota je dĂĄna kombinacĂ­ vysokĂŠho vĂ˝nosu zrna a vĂ˝běrovĂŠ sladovnickĂŠ jakosti. OdrĹŻda SABEL mĂĄ tĂŠĹž vynikajĂ­cĂ­ Ăşroveň extraktu v suĹĄině sladu, optimĂĄlnĂ­ enzymatickou aktivitu a optimĂĄlnĂ­ sloĹženĂ­ sladiny. JejĂ­ uĹžitnĂĄ hodnota je dĂĄna kombinacĂ­ sladovnickĂŠ jakosti, odolnosti proti napadenĂ­ padlĂ­m travnĂ­m a střednĂ­ odolnosti aĹž odolnosti proti polĂŠhĂĄnĂ­.
