Abstract

Abstract Sheeba Rizvi, a mofussil lawyer in Ranipur, is suing Indian Post on behalf of her client Suhail, claiming that the local post office has deliberately withheld a letter via registered post. Fifteen years ago, Suhail’s girlfriend Khushboo had mailed a registered letter detailing plans for an elopement. This letter was held back by her uncle, who worked at the local post office. After he retired, this letter was finally delivered.
