Abstract
The article reviews issues of the contemporary international law and order within the framework of challenges and threats to international and regional security. The authors raise issues of types of international and regional security threats and the search for legal means to overcome them. The paper notes the role of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Union State of Russia and Belarus in maintaining stability of the international law and order in the contemporary conditions of international turbulence.
