Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze personnel the needs of the regional health care system, taking into account the goals and objectives set for medical organizations. Results. When analyzing the personnel situation in a medical organization, a personnel shortage of paramedical workers was revealed, as evidenced by staffing indicators, the ratio of medical and nursing staff and the part-time ratio. Conclusion. Analysis of the external and internal personnel situation showed the strengths and weaknesses of the medical organization; advantages that allow a medical organization to remain competitive and attractive to its own employees and potential employees. A system of measures aimed at «patching» personnel gaps was determined, which allows accumulating, timely updating and filling human resources with high quality in order to solve production problems.
