Abstract
In recent years Karnataka has emerged as one of the leading state in India as far as economic growth is concerned. Growth rates of GSDP of Karnataka and per capita income are higher than the national average. However,is this growth evenly distributed across the state. This paper analyses the regional imbalances in the economic growth of Karnataka state by taking into consideration Gross Domestic Product and Per capita income at district level.
