Abstract
The meteorological science and technology innovations are important for meteorological development. This paper analyses firstly selects all indictors about the meteorological science and technology innovations. Then through Likert Scale method, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of science and technology innovations of 31 region, discusses relative data and results. At last, this paper proposes several policy suggestions as to meteorological science and technology in China.
