Regional development of small and midsize businesses in the conditions of forming of innovative economy of Kazakhstan: a case study

Introduction

The Republic of Kazakhstan, despite the negative impact of the global crisis, continues to hold the positive development of its economy (Caurkubule et al, 2020). The structure of employment in the prevailing SMEs became deformed in business It shows that the mechanism of organizational and economic impact of the state at choice by subjects of SME types of an entrepreneurship and the sphere of its maintaining, the main signs and its differences from other forms of economic activity are insufficiently studied and is a gap in scientific research. Proceeding from the above, in the article is given an attempt to fill this gap in a certain extent According to this aim, it provides a theoretical rationale solution for the creation and development of SMEs as well as increasing its role in the development of the innovation-based economy. The authors consider the indisputable advantages of SMEs, the need and the opportunity to better use in the industrial sector, concentrating its business on the major companies in this sector with their relationship lighting (Namagembe et al, 2019)
