Abstract

Epub February 2, 2021) Programmed intermittent epidural bolus (PIEB) has been increasingly recommended and used during labor analgesia. This study aimed to determine the recommended time interval between boluses of 2.5 mL of bupivacaine 0.25% plus fentanyl 8 µ/mL to provide effective analgesia in 90% of pregnant women (EI90) during the first stage of labor.
