Abstract

This article is an account of the experiences of two London leaseholders facing the loss of their homes as the result of the local council's regeneration programme. The article describes how by organising and working with other residents, they were able to bring a successful Judicial Review to force Lambeth Council to re-run their consultation which the Court had deemed unlawful. It also points to lessons learned and prospects for the future.
