Abstract“Property, Real Estate & Development” (MIC: SIC: 6798 NAIC: 525930)Regency Centers is a real‐estate‐investment‐trust engaged in the ownership, management, leasing, acquisition and development of shopping centers through its operating partnership, Regency Centers, L.P., in which it owned approximately 99.0% of the outstanding operating partnership units as of Dec 31 2007. As of such date, Co. operated and managed a real‐estate investment portfolio of 451 shopping centers in 29 states and the District of Columbia, including 232 shopping centers representing 25.7 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA), owned by consolidated properties, and 219 shopping centers representing 25.4 million square feet of GLA, owned by unconsolidated properties.
