Abstract
The article presents general representation about the development facts of the assessment system of activities of universities in China and its structure. The paper discusses the problems of this system from the point of view of goals and functions of Committee of the State Council in control and supervision in sphere of education. The article analyses the possibility to establish an unified assessment system of activities of universities in China.
